Our
4-star-hotel is approximately 45 minutes away from the Exhibition
Center. A daily shuttle service from the hotel to the Fair and back
is provided.
We also have a pick-up-service at the airports
of Nuremberg, Munich or Fankfurt. Private driver picks you up
directly at the gate, takes care for your baggage and transports you
directely to the hotel.

* The bus leaves at 7:50 in the morning, so the exhibitors will be at their booth before 9.00 am. Return 18:20 h. On day of arrival you can come directly to the convention center and catch hotel by bus in the evening (€ 10 / person one way), the same on day of departure.
** Daily evening buffet untill 21 h. International Cuisine Various soups, salad bar, 4 main dishes with meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, desserts and ice cream bar. Also international cheeses.
*** If you spend an evening in Nuremberg we can transport 6 guests (without luggage). The rate is per car, NOT per person. Also available for exhibitors who need to prepare or to disassemble their booth.

Cancellation Policy
- Guarantee by credit card number and expiration date necessary
(You can give us the information by phone or by mail)
- Cancellation or changes to the booking volume up to 14 days prior to arrival (up to 12.00 h).
- Charge in case of non arrival or early departure or cancellation after the time specified in section B, we charge 80% of all the other rooms and / or nights.
We may request credit card company for authorization of the given credit card.
