The prices quoted are per room based on adult occupancy and include the currently applicable VAT (as of 1.10.2021).
For single travellers / information on the single supplement:
- The single supplement for single travellers booking an arrangement is € 20 per night, regardless of the room category chosen.
- Excluded: Private Pool Room and Private Spa Apartment; here single occupancy is not possible as part of the arrangements.
- In the Studio (single room), the single supplement is already included in the package price.
- The ECO Studios cannot be booked as single rooms. Here the studios available to you.
Our evening restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Guests who have booked a package including dinner will be reimbursed € 15 for each of the days off.
Your apartment is your personal home.
After the 4th night, our team will come for an intermediate cleaning.
This service is of course free of charge for you.
We also do not charge for final cleaning.

- Early arrival: You can arrive as early as 8 a.m., deposit your luggage, receive your tickets for the Franken-Therme and your Apart|Hotel Späth bath bag and enjoy your holiday from the very first moment.
- Check-out until 11 a.m.
- On the day of departure, you can still get a Hotel Späth & Apartments bath bag at the reception for your visit to the thermal spa. Enjoy the last day of your holiday until the end.
- The visitor's tax (Kurbeitrag), which we have to pay to the town of Bad Windsheim on your behalf, is € 2.40 per person per night. Travellers with a degree of disability of 50 % or more and accompanying persons receive a discount.
- up to 2 days prior to arrival free of charge (up to 4:00 p.m. of the “day before”, e.g. Wednesday until 4:00 p.m. for the planned arrival on Friday)
- in case of a later cancellation 70% of the arrangement / room price
- and in case of no-show without cancellation 100% of the arrangement / room price.
- Exception: For the Private Spa – Apartments and the Private Pool – Rooms, cancellation free of charge is only possible up to 8 days ( until 4 p.m.) before arrival.
